USG shows- Left ovary large cyst 33 mm Ovary size 43 by 27 mm
K/C/O- Hypothyroidism, takeing 50 MG thyronorm

To kids, doesnt seems to be bothered as both kids are attached to them, rather then mother Hobbies-Dance , reading, music Lost mother in 2003, since then anxiety about health++ Cheerful while talking Doesn’t share with friends, no one knows about her being abused . |

DISCUSSION-
The patient was going throught physical and emotional abuse. Yet she seemd indifferent to it & continued to bear it . Possibly becuase of poor self esteem. In later conversations she was able to reveal more about her the sort of abuses and trauma she has been tolerating. Later during treament she gained to confident to take a job , yet she continued to live with her MIL & husband for the sake of her kids. Secretive nature & pathology indicates sycotic miasm. Antimiasmatic remdy helped here. Her TSH values are within normal range even now, with our without any meds. However she still takes her homeopathy & thyronorm irregularly.
